1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the
Velobooker mobile application and website (collectively, the
"Service"), operated by Dragan Jovanović ("we", "us", "our"), a
registered autónomo in Spain.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be
bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the
Service.
2. Description of the Service
Velobooker is a cycling tour management platform that allows
organisers to create multi-day group rides and participants to
join them. Features include daily route briefings, weather
forecasts, expense splitting, media sharing, and integration
with third-party services such as Strava and RideWithGPS.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By
using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this
age requirement.
4. Account Registration

You may sign in using a third-party provider (Google,
Strava, or RideWithGPS). You are responsible for maintaining
the security of your third-party accounts.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your
account.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised
access to your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or
otherwise objectionable

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its
systems

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from
the Service

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
with any person or entity

Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited
communications
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you
violate these Terms.
6. User Content
"User Content" means any data you upload, submit, or share
through the Service, including photos, videos, GPX files,
expense entries, and tour information.
- You retain ownership of your User Content.

By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive,
worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and
distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of
operating the Service — for example, displaying your photos
to other members of the same tour.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and
represent that you have the necessary rights to share it.
- We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.
7. Tours
7.1 Organisers

Tour organisers are responsible for the accuracy of tour
information (routes, dates, descriptions).

Organisers may invite or remove participants from their
tour.

Velobooker does not verify the safety, legality, or
suitability of any tour route. Route planning and safety
assessment are entirely the organiser's responsibility.
7.2 Participants

By joining a tour, you acknowledge that cycling involves
inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents,
injury, and property damage.

You participate in any tour at your own risk. Velobooker is
not a tour operator and does not organise, supervise, or
assume responsibility for any cycling activity.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including
Strava, RideWithGPS, Google, and OpenMeteo. Your use of these
services is subject to their own terms and policies:
We do not control these third-party services and are not
responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.
Third-party services are provided "as is" without any warranty,
express or implied, including implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. We exclude all liability for any
consequential, special, punitive, or indirect damages arising
from your use of third-party services.
You may disconnect any third-party provider at any time from
your account settings.
9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and
branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable
intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative
works based on the Service without our prior written
consent.

"Velobooker" is our trademark. You may not use it in any
manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our
permission.
10. Fees and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require a paid
subscription. Details of available plans and pricing will be
published on our website.

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the
applicable fees. We will notify you of any price changes in
advance.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free features
at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without
warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or secure.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of
the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service
shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months
preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for the accuracy of weather forecasts,
route data, elevation profiles, or any other information
provided through the Service.

We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising
from participation in any cycling tour organised through the
Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or
personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other
liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account
settings or by contacting us at

. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled as
described in our
Privacy Policy

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you
violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases
immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, and 14 survive
termination.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute
arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
If you are an EU consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your
rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country
of residence, including your right to bring proceedings in your
local courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you
of material changes by posting a notice in the app or by email.
Your continued use of the Service after such notification
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated"
date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
